I'm Sensei Varuzhan, 5th Dan black belt, European championship silver medallist and Universiade bronze medallist. As the club's founder, I'm proud of our exceptional achievements.
Our club was recently honoured by being crowned "Emerging Club of the Year" at the prestigious Gala d'excellence de judo Québec in 2023. This success is only the beginning of our ascent, as we have also trained several provincial champions and medalists.
At Judo Club Ararat, we are fully committed to competition, actively participating in Judo Canada, Judo Québec and IJF tournaments. This involvement testifies to our unwavering determination to excel in the world of judo.
But it's not just on the tatami that we focus. We attach great importance to the overall development of our athletes.
